Development of an AI-powered quotation generation system for ekabel.net.
● Implementation of a Zoho CRM widget for the front-end using React with TypeScript.
● Backend development with Python, integrating the OpenAI API and Assistants to analyze files and automatically populate quotes with products, SKUs, descriptions, and pricing.
● Leveraged a Zoho Sigma proxy function to ensure seamless cross-origin communication and resolve CORS issues.
Engineered a comprehensive, multi-stage customer onboarding and registration platform for borealcm.com.
● Frontend & Data Capture: Developed five dynamic, role-based registration forms using PHP and MariaDB (containerized with Docker) to capture tailored information from different client types.
● Backend & Microservices: Architected a processing layer on Zoho Catalyst using Node.js/Express.js microservices to manage the data flow and communication with third-party APIs.
● CRM Interface: Implemented a suite of interactive widgets within Zoho CRM using Next.js and TypeScript, providing staff with dedicated interfaces for each stage of the client approval process.
● Process Automation & Workflow Management: Automated the entire client journey by designing and deploying two core Zoho Blueprints (for Onboarding and Legacy cases). Developed a custom feature to convert and migrate legacy clients to the modern onboarding workflow.
● Integrations & Security: Managed critical integrations via REST APIs, including Zoho CRM for data synchronization and DocuSign for the automated sending of documents. Secured the entire platform using OAuth2 and JWT.
● Custom Scripting: Deployed Zoho Client Scripts for automated reminders and used Deluge to orchestrate complex email notification logic.
